Payment Period

If you made a payment manual transfer need to be made within 2 days. Please email the payment slip to order@footlinkonline.com. If the payment is not made within 2 days, the order will be automatic cancelled. 


Delivery Period(Domestic Shipping within Malaysia

1.  Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for a order above RM 169.00

2.  Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Local courier is 3 - 5 working days.

3.  Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Local courier is  3 - 5 working days.

4.  Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

5.  We do not accept order cancellations upon despatch of your order.


Tracking of Parcel

  1.    We will sent you the parcels tracking number, once we have processed your order.


Clearance/Items on Sales/As is sale term & conditions

    1.  Replacement,exchange & refund are not applicable on these item on sales.

    2.  Discount only applies to selected product.

Exchange for a “One-Time Exchange” Policy for Shoes only
 
Terms & Conditions:

     1.We do not accept Return for any payment refund. However, we accept Return for a “One-Time Exchange “ of any items(subject of availability) from our store.

     2.If the value of the “Exchange Item” is higher than the value of the “Returned Item” , the difference amount must be paid by buyer via cash bank-in or Online bank transfer.

     3.The return pair of shoes must be in its original unworn condition packed in the original shoe box together with all related accessories.

     4.Customer are required to return the shoes to us at his/her own cost. Footlink shall only bear the delivery cost (by ordinary post) of the Exchanged item to customer.

     5.Returned item which is deemed subject to fair wear and tear,accidental damage, misuse or in a worn condition is not eligible for exchange.

     6.Footlink will courier the exchanges item to courier for Free. 

     7.All exchanges is subject to approval of inspection desire made are final

           8.Customer International order we can't accept exchange size. 


      Exchange Procedures:

Most who purchase Footlink Shoes end up keeping them.  Because you can make an exchange for to your desire size available for size exchanges below are the following guidelines:-

 
     1. New, unworn condition & 7 days – All item is original, new, unworn condition. Can be returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

     2. Shipping Cost – Customer is responsible for the postage costs back to Footlink we will sent it back to your for Free.

     3Tracking number – All returns must have a tracking number/airway bill for tracking purpose. Please email your name (as per invoice) & email to order@footlinkonline.com 

     4. Original packaging – Product must be sending in their original packaging with invoices.

Refund Policy 

1. We can't accept any refund payment for order.
